This petition is to support all Ukrainians fleeing war with Russia and seeking refuge in UK. We must do more to support Ukrainians with integration into local community and learning English.

Currently English as second language course is payable for anyone aged over 19, these fees should be funded by the Government in these exceptional circumstances.
