Closed petition Legalise and incentivise uptake of personal electric vehicles

I would like the Government to legalise and create incentives to promote uptake of all personal, micro powered, more carbon efficient vehicles. This could help reduce carbon emissions from personal transport.

This is an issue that requires swift action to take a global lead in changing travel behaviours. Both for global environment and local pollution. The costs of this damage are on record. And in the current fuel and cost of living crisis, many lives could be improved and cities made less polluted and provided with a more mobile work force. We believe the environmental, social and commercial benefits are clear.
