Closed Increase the price cap for the Help to Buy ISA scheme outside of London

The price cap for properties outside of London is capped at £250,000. With the average purchase price now circa £270,000 it puts an unfair disadvantage on prospective home owners outside of London and many will not be able to claim the 25% Gov contribution despite saving tirelessly since 2015.

To enable everyone a fairer chance of becoming a home owner in an already difficult economy, and utilising their right to the Help to Buy ISA 25% Government contribution.
