After being verbally abused and slandered by a cyclist today almost causing me to collide into him as he follows my vehicle very closely I thinks it's about time the government made cyclists pay road tax and insurance they use a main road sometimes causing serious accidents

Drivers using vehicles pay a great amount for insurance and road tax and therefore feel these cyclists are no different
