Closed CHC funding and Primary Health Needs need to be defined and not just "concepts"

At the moment the process of CHC assesment is both confusing, stressful and unfair. You need a primary health need to get funding - buit this is not defined it is a concept open to "interpretation"

Alzhiemer;s Dementia is currently NOT a primary health need and yet it is a progressive incurable terminal illness - no other disability is disregarded like this one.

Free acess to good health care is a fundamental right and this is a huge issue for alot of families at a very distressing time = please help us to get this process made fairer and less stressful to all who need them.
