We want the Government to hold a review to investigate what can be done to improve recruitment and retention in the social care sector, which provides care for our vulnerable loved ones.

I have a relative who is resident in a care home where there has been an exodus of good carers to other jobs because of the pressure of 12-hour shifts for little more than the minimum wage.
