Closed petition Make garden bonfires before 5pm illegal

Make a law to state garden/private bonfires cannot occur between 5am and 5pm.
If garden bonfires are made illegal before 5pm it should reduce the amount of calls to local fire brigades from neighbours annoyed and concerned. It should also cause bonfires to cause less nuisance to locals.
