Closed Adopt British Double Summer Time, and British Standard Time in winter

This will help ordinary working people reduce their energy bills as it provides for longer useable daylight hours in the evening.

Historically British Double Summer Time has been implemented when there has been a need to conserve energy such as during WW2 and in 1973.

People are struggling with their energy bills.

By implementing this change to time we will have more natural light in the evenings and this will help to reduce energy costs as well as afford more opportunity for exercise and improvement in mental health.
