Closed Fund Covid LFT kits to be sold to the public at cost price

I want the Government to fund Covid Lateral Flow Test (LFT) kits which should be available to the public at cost price only, and no more. This should reduce the cost burden to the public. Companies should not be making profit from this pandemic.
