Rejected petition Let people buy TAX without MOT in Northern Ireland

You can not buy car TAX in Northern Ireland without valid MOT. The problem is huge backlog in all MOT centres country wide, so while people are OK to drive their cars as long as they are roadworthy and MOT is booked, they can not buy TAX. Having no tax is an offence.
