For the government to permanently bar all those with self inflicted illnesses such as diseases caused by tobacco smoking e.g. COPD, emphysema, lung cancer etc (but barring only those cases where the sufferer is or was a smoker), liver failure due to alcoholism, drug addicts etc from claiming ANY form of disability or sickness benefits including Disability living allowance and Personal Independence Payment.
Any current receipients should have their payments stopped immediately so that the genuinely disabled can be provided for.
Motability scheme regulations to be tightened up to meet the above criteria also.
