Rejected petition Count ICT visa tenure for those who were able to it convert Skilled worker visa.

People have spent 5 years(approx) on ICT and because conversion to skilled was allowed from last year only they again have to spend 5 yrs to get ILR in UK. The uncertainty around job in case of skilled worker visa- a person has to go back after X no of days if he/she loses job on skilledworker visa

Govt should count the tenure of ICT visa also if a person is successfully able to get it converted to skilled worker visa
