Closed Conduct a review into the family court service CAFCAS

A review should be set up to look at the services and conduct of CAFCAS in family court cases. The review should result in recommendations for reforming the CAFCAS service to improve its work, ensure that decisions are evidence based and fully take into account the voices of children.

We believe CAFCAS has become heavily outdated and out of touch with family matters in England; it appears to be unreliable and based on the personal opinions of those officers investigating. Children's voices are rarely heard.
