The Government should increase the simplified vehicle expenses flat rate with an amount which is comparable with the increase in cost of living for self-employed people.

For self-employed people, the easiest way to account for vehicle expenses is through simplified expenses. Its flat rate has not risen since the 2010-2011 tax year.y

All expenses like buying, servicing and generally running a vehicle have become considerably more expensive since then, especially in this year.
