Closed Publish a response to the Regulation of Property Agents working group report

This report was commissioned in 2018 and published in 2019, but the Government has not published a response, or indicated if and how it will implement the recommendations made by the report.

The Government commissioned this report, surely now is the time for the Government to set out if and how it plans to implement the recommendations made by the working group.

We believe there is a need for a new statutory regulator for property agents, as recommended by this report. The Government must set out its response to this report.
