Change the law to allow ambulances to utilise green light to attend urgent medical issue and prevent the abuse of blue light use when attending non emergencies. It can confuse the public and put people at un necessary risk

This allows ambulances to continue to attend urgent cases in a timely manner but due to the massive increase in non emergency calls blue lights are being used. But when driving on blue light you are 3 times more likely to be involved in a crash. This puts the crews and the public at risk. But utilising the green light could allow road users to know to give way but it’s not a emergency.
