Closed Extend 30 hours free childcare to people with no access to public funds

30 hours free childcare for 3-4 year olds is available for many UK residents but not those with no access to public funds. This should be extended to this class of residents to help them provide proper care to their children.

UK residents with no access to public funds are eligible only for 15 hours limited free childcare for 2 year olds, and this is not enough. This can help to solve the imbalance of work and personal life of many families in the UK.
