We can't publish petitions when the request is something that's already happening or something that has been announced since you started your petition.

We think your petition is covered by Government or Parliament action already. If you'd like something else, you could start a new petition clearly explaining what it is.

The Online Safety Bill, a proposed set of new laws which the Government has introduced to Parliament and which Parliament is currently debating, already includes measures that would make cyberflashing a criminal offence, including on dating apps.

You can find out more about the Government's plans to criminalise cyberflashing here: https://www.gov.uk/government/news/cyberflashing-to-become-a-criminal-offence

You can follow the Online Safety Bill's progress, and read the Bill in its entirety, here: https://bills.parliament.uk/bills/3137

In addition, people who create petitions are required to give their full, real name, rather than an alias or organisation's name. Sorry if this wasn’t clear to you.
