I was attacked by my next-door neighbours and have absolutely no power to have them evicted due to their anti social behaviour. I live in daily fear of being attacked my them again.

We can't accept your petition because it is already possible for tenants to be evicted due to antisocial behaviour. Deciding whether to seek to evict a tenant is a matter for individual landlords and the courts.
