Closed Review Business Mileage and Fuel Rates Allowance

Immediately review the business mileage and fuel rates allowance for both under and over 10,000 miles per tax year, and increase them to a fair amount.

The last HMRC mileage and fuel allowance increase was in April 2011. Fuel costs have increased by over 30% since then.

The rate of 45p per business mile up to 10,000 miles and 25p per business mile over 10,000 needs reviewing and increasing to align with the current fuel costs which are rising daily.

The current business mile and fuel allowance rates are outdated.
