Feeder mice and rats are kept in terrible conditions they a bred for the sole purpose to die and therefore have no quality of life , Human food has to be kept to some standard and has to have some quality of life where as feeder animals are kept in tiny cramped tanks . I respect snake and other reptile owners need to feed them however live food is more at risk of disease so surely its better to have frozen food for them.
