Closed petition Set maximum working temperature of 38C in hospitality kitchens

The Government should set a maximum working temperature in kitchens and restaurants of 38 degrees C, and require employers to allow their staff to refuse to work when the temperature exceeds 38C without penalty. This should benefit everyone in the industry and help keep workplace health and morale.
