Look at the VAT Gyms have to pay on Gym Membership.
Remove the amount.

With the increase in energy prices, many gyms are struggling to cover cost and may start closing because of this.
Gyms are a huge help in the ever increasing obesity problem and consequence stretch on the NHS.
If you could help, in the long run we will help everyone.
