Closed Make all sharing of explicit images or video without consent illegal

Currently it is not illegal for someone to share explicit images or video without the consent of those feature, as long as they don't intend to cause distress to those featured. We want motive removed from this offence's definition, so all non-consensual sharing of such content is illegal.

Millions of women are having explicit content featuring them shared without their knowledge or consent, and the law is inadequate to tackle this activity.
