Closed Ban Aminopyralid and Clopyralid herbicides to help protect the environment

These chemical weed killers are proving highly damaging to the environment in general and our food crops in particular. Growing evidence shows of the long term resilience of these toxic compounds in the ecosystem. They damage food crops and remain active in the soil for long periods.

Getting individuals to give up weed killer use is very difficult. Experience has shown that Government action is the best and most effective way of getting dangerous substances banned and habits changed.
