Petition Fund free public transport for all

Luxembourg has made almost all public transport free to reduce air pollution, congestion and greenhouse gases. It could also help improve the health of the general public. It's paid for out of taxes. We want the UK Government to take the same action, particularly now petrol is so expensive.
