The government should review why the outgoing prime minister resignations honours list is allowed to take place as he has been found to have been unfit for his post. Allowing this to take place, sets a very poor example of the morels needed in government.

Government and Parliament must prevent the resignation honours list from happening, otherwise they will have set a new low morel standard for all future prime ministers.
