Peter Rutland was convicted for 2 counts of sexual activities with a minor in 2012. He was sentenced to 5 years in prison but is already out. He is now lodging in a housing association flat with an elderly disabled man with 6 young children in the same block all of which are vulnerable to people like him. He needs to be moved away, especially being in such a close proximity to these vulnerable young children for their own safety.
