End the use of the driving license penalty point system and solely issue fines and re education courses

It’s not right for people to lose their license , their career and their livelihoods just because they made a small mistake, rather we should focus more on re educating them to make them more aware and safer on the roads .
Especially in times like these where families all over are struggling the last thing people should have to worry about is loosing there main source of income over a simple mistake.
