Closed Require a referendum on whether to hold an early general election if PM changes

We want the Government to be required to hold a national referendum to ask if the public would like an early general election if the Prime Minister is changed, for whatever reason.

Given the important position of the PM within the Government and Parliament it should be offered to the public whether they want to have an early general election when there is a new PM, who may want to pursue different polices to those the government was elected on at the last election.
