Closed Give people the right to opt out of elements of council tax

Give people the option to opt out of paying for certain services under council tax like the police as I believe they never fully serve the public interest.

My daughter was knocked down by a driver and the police decided that there was nothing they could do this is not the first time they have done this to my family. Then they wonder why people go vigilante and don't ring the police first.
