Closed Require a 'trauma informed' adult in all educational settings for children.

We want the Government to require at least one adult in all educational settings for children to have completed 'trauma informed' training, to help support children and young people who have experienced trauma. The Government should provide funding for staff to complete this training.

Children that have experienced any form of trauma during their childhood from birth to 18 can be significantly impacted. Trauma is often not properly understood in child-based settings, but most importantly education. In order for children to thrive they need to be understood and supported properly.
