Closed Require businesses turn off all non emergency lights during hours of closure

On approach to winter amidst an energy crisis, we should be looking for ways to save electricity no matter how small. Shops and businesses waste tons of electricity every night by leaving their lights on in stores. This must stop.

Introduce emergency legislation to require that shops and other business must turn off all non emergency lighting during hours of closure when staff have left.
