Extend paternity leave from 2 weeks to 2 months. Fully paid by the employer.

As a father to a new born. 2 weeks is just NOT enough time to bond with your child. Newborns tale along time to get used to and get into a routine with them. This should be down to the mother.

Like many of our wives and partners who have had to have a cesarean section, 2 weeks isn't an ideal length of time.

We need to be there for our wife just as much as the baby.

Please extend paternity leave.
