Abolish daylight saving changes. Keep British Summer Time of GMT +1 all year to allow more daylight in the evening time for outdoor activities and stop changing the clocks twice a year.

Longer usable daylight in the evenings will lessen power comsumpion and reduce road traffic collisions after school & work.
This will stop having to change the clocks twice a year.
