We want the Government to allow people to pay higher education fees and student loans through salary sacrifice, so that people do not have to pay income tax or National Insurance on the portion of their income used to make these payments.

I think a well-educated workforce is great for the country and that individuals investing in their future and that of the country should not have to pay income tax and National Insurance on the portion of their income used to pay higher education fees and student loans.

There are already options for salary sacrifice for Cycle to Work and pensions. We want similar provisions for higher education fees and student loans.
