Closed Hold Public Inquiry on the Safety of Mental Health Services for the vulnerable

For the sake of safeguarding Children & Vulnerable Adults in need of care.

A National Inquiry on both Private Institutes & the NHS Mental Health Services for finding risk factors so that we can better assess how to ensure people are safe.

The safety of the vulnerable would be an important concern to us all, no matter who we are. All UK residents (+ their families), no matter their disabilities or struggles, should be able to have justice in the face of those harmed by neglectful behaviour or even malpractice.

It must be a Great British-led Value in modern times, it goes without saying about public interest in preserving the wellbeing & lives of the vulnerable as a moral responsibility for many reasons, not just an ethical one
