Closed petition Require indeterminate sentences be set for people convicted of stalking

We want anyone convicted of stalking to be given an indeterminate sentence, so offenders cannot be released until ordered by a Parole Board.

More details

We believe that the prospect of an indeterminate sentence could help prevent these crimes taking place, and better protect the public from the harms of being stalked.
