This country needs a sister service to the NHS to focus on social care
Care of vulnerable and elderly citizens.

Giving social care a new and unique identity. This new service would take full control of social care, standardise all aspects of care
create new and specialised national service

Debate this and consider that this is the only solution to take control and deal with this growing social dilemma
