Rejected petition Ban unqualified dog groomers

Change the laws on allowing unqualified dog groomers to groom pets. Through lack of training and qualifications puppies have had legs broken .. dogs have been burnt .. cut so badly that they needed urgent surgery to repair the cut and stem the bleeding

More details

By allowing and unqualified person loose with sharp equipment, powerful hairdryer to many injuries are occurring. Also how to hold a dog is vital .. as puppies as well as older dogs. Owners of these salons are more interested in money than the welfare of these animals. Proper training at college by a professional should be law the same as it is for hairdressing.
