Rejected petition Grant an Amnesty to Undocumented Migrants Living in the UK from 12 years or more

The Government should grant an Amnesty to those who's entered the UK legally and who have been resident from more then 12 years.Specifically,people who have faced repeated visa curtailment when the Home Office revoke thousands of Tire 4 Licences.

These people faced multiple difficulties when the Home Office curtailed thousands overseas student visas because of English Language course which caused problem occure in their legal status through no fault of their own.Lack of support an other available option meant they overstayed their visas whithout opportunity to complete their studies.
Many are working in staff shortage occupations,They paying tax . Grant Amnesty would give them the opportunity to contribute to the UK,s economic growth.
