I want a thorough inquiry on the delivery and management of car driving tests in the UK.

In a financial crisis, the poor management of tests from the dvsa are causing financial hardships to students, their families, and instructors.

To put in a plan that stops driving tests being cancelled at short notice. To increase the delivery of driving tests and to reduce the waiting times.
