Make it an offence for companies to charge a fee for booking tickets online where the ticket involves no human interaction on the part of the company eg e-tickets or tickets that you print at home. With booking systems being automated there is no need for a booking fee to be charged.

Booking fees are still acceptable when the company pays someone to print off and post tickets out but with e-tickets and print at home it is actually the customer that is providing this service for themselves so the booking fee is a fee for the company doing nothing.
