The current border force is subject to disruption by industrial action, this is not appropriate for 21st century travel patterns where people travel 365/24/7.
When disruptions occur with the current system this presents a bad impression of our country to incoming visitors, which will discourage both tourism and business related visits, thus having an adverse effect on our economy.
