Closed Extend the Sure Start Maternity Grant to all new children

Look at the inflation of living costs and make the Sure Start Maternity Grant available to all new children, not just the first child of those claiming certain benefits.

Usually, to get a Sure Start Maternity Grant you must have no other children under 16, and be in receipt of certain benefits.

We want this grant to be extended so that parents of all new children receive it.
