Closed petition Restrict number of dogs per dogwalker

We ask the Government to introduce legislation to limit the number of dogs one person is allowed to be in control of whilst walking dogs in public.

I am nervous when I am walking my dog or riding my horse on our local common because of the amount of packs of dogs who are walked off the lead, even if they are under the charge of a commercial dog walker. I know of other people in my community who have been bitten by dogs that were part of a large dog walking group, and recently a horse was also targeted.
