Closed Include Femicide numbers in FCDO Foreign Travel Advice

Around six women are killed every hour around the world. 81,000 women were intentionally killed in 2002.

Women need information on how safe countries are. Including femicide figures in the FCDO Travel Advice provides further data on the safety & security of overseas destinations for women.

We believe adding the femicide statistics to FCDO travel information is a cost-effective way of aiding safe travel. It will allow women to make informed decisions on overseas travel.
