Rejected petition To start up single use e-cig/puff bar, recycling bins nationwide

I would like e cigarette bins to be considered nation wide due to the amount of waste and environmental damage this waste causes, at the same time ,to use this to also recycle the lithium used in e cigarette batteries as this is also a big problem

Lithium is a very limited resource and more and more of it is wasted each year and ends up in landfills and in our environment, where as it could be salvaged and recycled to be used again ,I feel these bins will help a great deal with that
