Closed petition Regulate courier companies in the same way the Royal Mail is regulated by Ofcom.

Any Courier or Postal Companies that operate within the UK to be regulated in the same way that Royal Mail are by Ofcom. Create Watchdog ensuring consumer complaints in this industry are dealt with. Create a industry wide USO to ensue fairer competition across companies employing 5000 or more staff.

The public were shown on the run up to Christmas 2022 the value of Royal Mail and its network, Other companies that are not regulated attempted to step up and fill the void. The result mass chaos and thousands of mis-deliveries or parcels going missing without majority of the Delivery companies not taking accountability. We the public are also seeing many deliveries resulting in items damaged purposefully/neglectfully. The public deserve better and these companies should be regulated.
