Make dog owners more responsible, bring back dog licenses, remove banned dogs. Give the RSPCA or police more powers to deal with owners. We live in a free country, no law should be able to restrict the type of pet someone should wish to have. If the law was used effectivly the owners should have always been made responsible. Use on the spot fines to deal with bad owners. Punsih those responsible not everyone else. Make microchiping dogs the law. for bad owners force them to attend a training course at their expense. with the risk of having their dog removed to help protect the public.
